Medical Disclaimer
All content on this Website provides general information only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on Website content as a substitute for a professional medical consultation. We assess your suitability for treatments when you consult with a qualified practitioner. Results vary between individuals, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Eligibility
All aesthetic treatments are available only to individuals aged 18 years and over. We retain the right to request proof of age and to refuse treatment where appropriate.
Consultations and Treatment Consent
All treatments require a full medical consultation and assessment first. You agree to:
- Provide an accurate and complete medical history.
- Disclose all relevant health conditions (physical and mental), medications, and allergies.
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment advice.
Treatments will proceed only after we obtain your informed consent. We retain the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
Appointments, Deposits, Cancellations, and Payments
Deposits
We may require a deposit to secure your appointment. We deduct this deposit from the total treatment cost if you proceed with the procedure. If you choose not to proceed after your consultation, the deposit remains non-refundable because it covers clinical time and an expert assessment. For skin consultation appointments, we allocate the deposit to the consultation fee. We charge separately for any additional treatments or products.
Cancellations and Rescheduled Visits
We require a notice of at least 24 hours for cancellations or appointment changes. If you cancel with more than 24 hours of notice, you may be eligible for a deposit refund at the Clinic’s discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Failure to attend (no-show) will also result in the loss of your deposit.
Repeated Cancellations
If you cancel two consecutive appointments, we will require a new deposit for any further visits. We retain the right to refuse or restrict future appointments in cases of repeated cancellations or non-attendance.
Payments
We accept the payment methods below:
- Cash
- Debit card
- Credit card
You must provide full payment at the time of treatment unless we agree otherwise in advance. We also offer 0% finance options, subject to eligibility and approval by an independent third-party finance provider. Finance agreements remain subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions.
Prices and Costs
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your reservation or consultation will apply unless stated otherwise.
Patient Responsibilities
You agree:
- Not to attend appointments under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
- To disclose any changes in your medical history before treatment.
- To follow all aftercare instructions completely.
- Not to request unsafe or inappropriate treatments.
Failure to comply may result in the refusal or termination of your treatment.
